Jessica Kawamoto
Jessica embarked on her pickleball journey in 2015, quickly rising through the ranks to become a formidable force in the Pro circuit. Despite maintaining a full-time position as an accountant, Jessica consistently carves out time for her true passion – pickleball.
Jessica’s commitment to excellence has been reflected in her numerous podium finishes at both provincial and national tournaments. As a multi-medalist, she has showcased her skill and determination in Ladies Open Categories at last year’s Nationals in Kingston securing two silver medals. Additionally, in the mixed categories, Jessica demonstrated her adaptability and skill by claiming 4th and 5th place with two different mixed partners, both chosen at the last minute.
Jessica’s talent and dedication have not gone unnoticed, leading to her selection as the 11th overall pick in the Canadian National Pickleball League draft. Currently playing for the Northern Rollers, Jessica brings her competitive spirit and strategic prowess to the team, contributing to their success in the league.
